Turning a commercial need with no existing site into a working store: building it, launching it, then holding together catalogue, acquisition, payments, orders and customers every day.
01 · Starting point
Context and problem
A B2B company needed a complete online store and had no existing site. This was not only about delivering pages: the assignment had to cover the whole commercial operation after launch, while strictly protecting the client’s identity.
02 · My scope
Role and actions
- Building the WordPress / WooCommerce site from scratch, no-code with HTML/CSS adaptations.
- Managing the catalogue, pricing, promotions and orders.
- Stripe and PayPal payments, payment incidents and refunds.
- Acquisition: SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and e-mailing.
- Researching and identifying suppliers for the project.
- Customer service and resolution of technical incidents, from hosting to plugins.
03 · Observed results
A measured period, not an estimate
Between the February launch and 7 May 2026, the site recorded the results below. The sales are the site’s own; technical questions about the products were handled by a technician.
04 · Confidentiality
What is deliberately not shown
The client, its precise sector, its domain and its brands are not published. The infographic below is fully anonymised.

05 · Skill demonstrated
What I take from it
A store only becomes a sales channel once the technical, marketing and operational questions are treated as one system. Above all, this project shows my ability to stay accountable after go-live.
