Building a business taught me to connect things.

Strategy, communication, acquisition, production and operations are not five separate disciplines when you actually have to deliver.

Purpose hereTo demonstrate capability, not to sell services

Martelo AI Solutions is the structure through which I learned to frame a need, propose an answer people can understand, produce it, document it and own the follow-up.

From a skill to a coherent offer

I worked on positioning, identity, offers, the website, sales materials and internal processes. The aim was to make the business legible to non-technical small companies, leading with the benefit rather than the technology.

Building the infrastructure that makes delivery possible

  • Organising leads, clients, proposals, invoices and follow-up.
  • Designing the public site and interactive demonstrations.
  • Document templates, brand rules and control over what is claimed.
  • Running web, marketing and automation projects.
  • Building Martelazo as a personal command tool.

An experience you can open and inspect

The public site demonstrates the work on positioning, architecture, copywriting and build. This dossier deliberately leaves out prices and sales calls.

Martelo AI Solutions is presented here as an entrepreneurial experience and as evidence of work delivered. If I take up a position, the business will be wound down after a clean handover of the projects in progress.

The whole picture

Understanding how a positioning decision plays out in the site, the content and the operations.

Autonomy

Moving from research to delivery while asking for the approvals that matter.

Accountability

Telling apart what exists, what is being tested and what is still to be built.
